The BWA South African Women in Leadership Census 2017, in partnership with Sasol
With the generous sponsorship of Sasol, the Women in Leadership Census for 2017 is currently underway.
The BWA Census, which was last performed in 2015 is one of the leading and sought after publications that measures the number of women in leadership positions and provides valuable data regarding the factors that contribute / hinder progression. It is a useful tool for companies in recruiting, retaining and developing women to reach their full potential.
Previous Census runs have seen an over 90% verification rate which highlights the commitment South African corporations and government entities have shown toward this process. We hope, with your help, to achieve this once again in our latest Census run.

The primary objective is to continue to provide South Africa with the only analysis of women in corporate and government leadership.
The methodology used in the Census makes provision for the benchmarking of South African companies and industries against those of other countries that have adopted the same methodology.
